6:00pm
Get a lift to the top and snowshoe your way to dinner!
Offered every Friday and Saturday evening through March 10.
In true Boyne Mountain fashion, we have taken an ordinary dinner and made it, well, more fun! Whether you are dining with family, catching up with couples, or escaping the real world, we think that indulgence is more savory when earned and shared.
The evening will begin at 6pm on our most historic chairlift, Hemlock. Cozy up with a special someone on the double chair and take in the views of the Boyne Valley before reaching the summit. Warm up inside the Eagle’s Nest with some spiced wine and hot cocoa as your Snowshoe Guide helps you gear up with snowshoes. The guided snowshoe hike departs the Eagle’s Nest at 6:30pm. Digest the beauty of twilight like never before while meandering through snow-covered trees and trails on foot. Gathering with the group at the halfway point bonfire, complete with hot toddies and warm cocoa, is sure to leave a lasting impression. Stomp the rest of the way down Cold Springs before arriving at your dinner destination, Stein Eriksen’s. Snowshoers will sit down to a three-course meal paired with live entertainment to complete the this fun dining adventure.
The Menu: Fondue Experience
First Course: Mixed Greens, Grape Tomatoes, Shaved Red Onion Champagne Vinaigrette
Second Course: Cheese Fondue- Appenzeller, Emmental, Gruyere, Reisling, Crusty Ciabatta
Third Course: Dark Chocolate Ganache, Pound Cake, Rice Krispie, Cookie Dough

Comments Off on Boyne Highlands – Brew-Ski Festival – March 13 – 15, 2020 (Cancelled)
BREW-SKI FESTIVAL CANCELLATION
After careful consideration, we have decided to cancel Brew-Ski Festival at Boyne Highlands Resort scheduled for this Saturday, March 14. Amidst health concerns for COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we are thoroughly evaluating all areas of our business, heightening our cleaning protocols, and cancelling events that we feel have the highest levels of guest interaction within close proximities. Our top priority is always the safety and health of our guests and team members and this decision was not made lightly.
Anyone that has purchased advance tickets to the festival will be promptly refunded. If you have a lodging reservation to attend the festival this weekend, please contact our Reservations Department at 844.559.5592.
Daily resort operations will remain open. For resort travel information related to COVID-19, please visit bddy.me/2W8AIEM.

Comments Off on Boyne Mountain – Ride with Karly Shorr Weekend – March 25 – 26, 2017
Ramshead Terrain Park
At 22 years old, she’s already accomplished more than any other female slopestyle snowboarder from the Midwest. She’s topped podiums in worldwide competitions; is a member of the U.S. Pro Slopestyle Snowboard Team; and claimed a solid sixth place finish in the Sochi Winter Olympics. In January 2017, Karly even competed in her first X Games competition. We, of course, love that it all began at Boyne Mountain.
It’s easy to assume, by the mountains of medals Karly Shorr has already accumulated, that she’s been grinding rails and rocking jumps since she could walk. After all, her family is practically snowboarding royalty in Michigan: both brothers, Kyle and Kevin, are great riders, coaches and competition judges. Her mom, Mo, ran USSA snowboarding competitions in Northern Michigan for a decade. Back to Karly and those medals…
And for one weekend, Karly will be “coming home” to Boyne Mountain to give you a chance to ride with her. For two days, Saturday, March 25 and Sunday, March 26 from 1-4pm, you can hit the park with an Olympian, Karly Piper Shorr.
The Session Breakdown
Meet & Greet at the base of Mountain Express chairlfit | 30 minutes | Get to know Karly and let her get to know you
Ride with Karly | 1.5 hours | Watch her throw down and get some tips to improve your park skills
Autograph & Pics at the base of the Mountain Express chairlift | 30 minutes | Take a selfie with Karly and bring home her signature for your wall
Sessions are limited, so register in advance. BOYNE Pass or lift ticket is required to ride.
